The main instrument of the laboratory is a Jeol JEM-1400Flash transmission electron microscope.

resolution: 0.38 nm

accelerating voltage: 40, 60, 80, 100, 120 kV

magnification: x 200 – x 1,200,000

sample shift range X, Y: +-1 mm

sample shift range Z: +-0.5 mm

sample tilt: +-70°

 

 

 

The “Swiss knife” of a system consists of a scanning transmission (STEM), an element analysis (EDS) and a 3D electron tomograph unit and is equipped with two digital cameras.
