Oncogenetic Research Infrastructure

The Oncogenetic Research Infrastructure supports precision oncology research using the latest technologies. From state-of-the-art in vitro protein interaction studies to highly complex mouse model validation, we contribute to the success of biological discoveries at the highest level. Our modern instrument park is designed for high-throughput in vitro studies, small molecule screenings, CRISPR "knockout" screenings, target validations, and mouse model validations. Our team comprises internationally recognized researchers from the Genome Instability and Carcinogenesis Research Team at the HUN-REN Biological Research Centre in Szeged.
